Fundraising

Collecting pledges is not necessary to participate in the Trolley Run but we highly encourage fundraising for CCVI.  The Center serves more than 350 children annually and you can help each child reach his or her highest potential in the sighted world. Every dollar you raise for CCVI directly supports the students.

Once you have completed your registration for the race, you will automatically be set up with a personal fundraising page so you can start fundraising online right away. You can make the first donation to get things started, upload your address book to send e-mails to your family and friends an even use your social networking sites to help raise money for the children of CCVI. Your friends and family will be able to make secure donations through your online fundraising page.

You can download our Using and Making the Most of Your Participant Fundraising Guide to help you along the way:

Other ways to help

Not tech savvy? You can still help raise much needed funds for CCVI.  Have a bake sale or collect loose change. When the weather is warmer you could have a lemonade stand or car wash. Or simply ask your friends and family to support your efforts and donate!
