For more information, contact the Trolley Run Volunteer Coordinators at  trvolunteercoordinator@gmail.com . Registration includes volunteer shift times.  The Sabates Eye Centers Trolley Run will happen come rain or come shine so please come prepared on race day.

Pre-Race Preparation
 April 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
April 22 from 9 a.m.  to 4 p.m.
April 23 from 9 a.m. to  4 p.m.
April 24 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Must be 14 years or older.

Location: The former Gary Gribble's Running Sports location inside Ward Parkway Shopping Center.

  • Fold corporate shirts, label bib numbers and chips and assemble runner/walker bags.

Packet Pick-Up
 April 25 from 4 to 8 p.m. 
April 26 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
April 27 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
Must be 14 years or older.

Location: The former Gary Gribble's Running Sports location inside Ward Parkway Shopping Center.

  • Distribute bib numbers, chips, runner/walker t-shirts, bags and instructions

Race Day 
Sunday, April 28
Must be 16 years or older.

Course Monitors   6:30 - 11:00 a.m.   6:30 a.m. check-in

  • Assist the police in keeping intersections closed to traffic crossing the Trolley Run route

Start Line – 75th & Wornall,   5:45 - 9:30 a.m.   5:45 a.m. check-in

  • Water Station
  • Packet pick-up

  • Wave monitor

After-Bash Party – On the Plaza,   6:00 - 11:00 a.m.   6:00 a.m. check-in

  • Assist with set-up and monitor distribution of food and beverages
  • Clean-up
